In the mid 1960’s, Trevor and Barbara Tonkin along with their family travelled to India on missionary service.
Towards the end of the 1970’s in partnership with Francis & Nagi Eleti and at the request of local believers, a regular “Bible Teaching” program was commenced amongst tribal prayer houses in the northern part of Andhra Pradesh.
